Any person that falls under either of the following items is subject to imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than 300,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、六月以下の拘禁刑又は三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person that has violated a disposition under the provisions of Article 49; or
第四十九条の規定による処分に違反した者
a person that has violated the provisions of Article 49-3, paragraph (2).
