A worker dispatching provider must take the necessary measures and make other such appropriate considerations to ensure that a client, in having dispatched workers work under its directions and orders, does not violate the provisions of this Act or Acts applied pursuant to the provisions of Section 4 in connection with the assigned work, and to otherwise ensure that the assigned work is properly performed.
