Article 164Coordination between the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare and Prefectural Governors
第百六十四条（厚生労働大臣と都道府県知事の連携）
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare or prefectural governors perform the affairs prescribed in this Act, they are to do so in close coordination with each other.
厚生労働大臣又は都道府県知事がこの法律に規定する事務を行うときは、相互に密接な連携の下に行うものとする。
