The right to collect insurance premiums and any other money to be collected pursuant to the provisions of this Act or to receive a refund thereof, and the right to receive an old-old medical care benefit are extinguished by prescription when two years have elapsed from the time when these rights can be exercised.
保険料その他この法律の規定による徴収金を徴収し、又はその還付を受ける権利及び後期高齢者医療給付を受ける権利は、これらを行使することができる時から二年を経過したときは、時効によつて消滅する。
A notice or demand for the collection of insurance premiums or any other money to be collected pursuant to the provisions of this Act has the effect of renewing the prescription period.
