A person that falls under any of the following items is subject to punishment by a civil fine of not more than one million yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、百万円以下の過料に処する。
a person who uses a word in their name or trade name indicating they are a bank, in violation of the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (2);
a person who fails to report or makes a false report, in violation of the provisions of Article 946, paragraph (3) (Obligation of Investigation) of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 49-2, paragraph (2) or Article 52-60-36, paragraph (7);
第四十九条の二第二項又は第五十二条の六十の三十六第七項において準用する会社法第九百四十六条第三項（調査の義務等）の規定に違反して、報告をせず、又は虚偽の報告をした者
a person who refuses a request set forth in any of the items of Article 951, paragraph (2) (Keeping and Inspection of Financial Statements) of the Companies Act or the items of Article 955, paragraph (2) (Statements in an Investigation Record Book) of that Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 49-2, paragraph (2) or Article 52-60-36, paragraph (7), without legitimate grounds for doing so; or
正当な理由がないのに、第四十九条の二第二項又は第五十二条の六十の三十六第七項において準用する会社法第九百五十一条第二項各号（財務諸表等の備置き及び閲覧等）又は第九百五十五条第二項各号（調査記録簿等の記載等）に掲げる請求を拒んだ者
a person who violates the provisions of Article 52-76.
