A person who falls under any of the following items is punished by a civil fine of not more than 500,000 yen.
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、五十万円以下の過料に処する。
a person who refuses to make a membership list available for public inspection pursuant to Article 52-60-27, paragraph (1) or Article 52-61-21, paragraph (1) without legitimate grounds for doing so; or
正当な理由がないのに第五十二条の六十の二十七第一項又は第五十二条の六十一の二十一第一項の規定による名簿の縦覧を拒んだ者
a person who fails to file a notification under the provisions of Article 52-60-36, paragraph (1) or (4), or files a false notification.
