If a document stated in paragraph (1), items (i) through (vi) of the preceding Article has been submitted, the enforcement court or court enforcement officer must void even an enforcement measure that has already been taken.
前条第一項第一号から第六号までに掲げる文書が提出されたときは、執行裁判所又は執行官は、既にした執行処分をも取り消さなければならない。
The provisions of Article 12 do not apply if the enforcement court or court enforcement officer voids an enforcement disposition pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
