Based on its application, The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may designate a general incorporated association or general incorporated foundation established for the purpose of contributing to the enhancement of the welfare of elderly persons by actively promoting the practical use of the skills of persons who have mandatorily retired or other elderly retirees, while making efforts for the sound development of the silver human resources centers and the silver human resources center associations which are recognized to be capable of properly and effectively carrying out the operations provided for in the following Article, as the person to carry out the operations provided for in the Article, as the single the person designated nationwide.
厚生労働大臣は、シルバー人材センター及びシルバー人材センター連合の健全な発展を図るとともに、定年退職者その他の高年齢退職者の能力の積極的な活用を促進することにより、高年齢者の福祉の増進に資することを目的とする一般社団法人又は一般財団法人であつて、次条に規定する業務を適正かつ確実に行うことができると認められるものを、その申請により、全国を通じて一個に限り、同条に規定する業務を行う者として指定することができる。
