When the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office recognizes that a person who has received a Pocketbook falls under any of the following items, the Pocketbook becomes invalidated:
手帳は、公共職業安定所長が当該手帳の発給を受けた者が次の各号のいずれかに該当すると認めたときは、その効力を失う。
when the person has newly obtained stable employment;
新たに安定した職業に就いたとき。
when the person no longer fulfills any of the qualification requirements listed in each item of Article 22;
第二十二条各号に掲げる要件のいずれかを欠くに至つたとき。
in addition to the provisions of the preceding two items, when the person meets any other requirements specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare after hearing the opinion of the Labour Policy Council.
前二号に掲げるもののほか、厚生労働大臣が労働政策審議会の意見を聴いて定める要件に該当するとき。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office is to notify the person who has received the Pocketbook to that effect.
