When enacting, amending or repealing Cabinet Order or Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to this Act, necessary transitional measures may be specified by Cabinet Order or Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, to the extent considered reasonably necessary for the enactment, amendment or repeal. The same applies when the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare specifies, amends or repeals the industrial accident insurance rate or other matters pursuant to this Act.
この法律に基づき政令又は厚生労働省令を制定し、又は改廃する場合においては、それぞれ政令又は厚生労働省令で、その制定又は改廃に伴い合理的に必要と判断される範囲内において、所要の経過措置を定めることができる。この法律に基づき、厚生労働大臣が労災保険率その他の事項を定め、又はこれを改廃する場合においても、同様とする。
