In addition to carrying out the business listed in Article 2, paragraph (1), items (i) through (i)-3, item (ii) and item (iii), a labor and social security attorney corporation may carry out the following business as provided by its articles of incorporation:
社会保険労務士法人は、第二条第一項第一号から第一号の三まで、第二号及び第三号に掲げる業務を行うほか、定款で定めるところにより、次に掲げる業務を行うことができる。
all or part of the business specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as being equivalent to the business prescribed in Article 2;
第二条に規定する業務に準ずるものとして厚生労働省令で定める業務の全部又は一部
Dispute resolution procedure representation business may be conducted only by a labor and social security attorney corporation that has a specified labor and social security attorney among its members.
紛争解決手続代理業務は、社員のうちに特定社会保険労務士がある社会保険労務士法人に限り、行うことができる。
