Article 25-47Rescission of Resolutions of General Meetings and Dismissal of Officers
第二十五条の四十七（総会の決議の取消し及び役員の解任）
When a resolution of the general meeting or an act of an officer of a labor and social security attorney's association or the Federation violates laws and regulations or the bylaws of that labor and social security attorney's association or the Federation, or otherwise harms the public interest, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may order, as regards the resolution of the general meeting, that it be rescinded, and, as regards the officer, that the officer be dismissed.
厚生労働大臣は、社会保険労務士会又は連合会の総会の決議又は役員の行為が法令又はその社会保険労務士会若しくは連合会の会則に違反し、その他公益を害するときは、総会の決議についてはこれを取り消すべきことを命じ、役員についてはこれを解任すべきことを命ずることができる。
