The duties of a liquidator are as follows:
清算人の職務は、次のとおりとする。
completion of pending affairs;
現務の結了
collection of claims and performance of obligations; and
債権の取立て及び債務の弁済
delivery of residual assets.
残余財産の引渡し
A liquidator may engage in any and all acts necessary for the performance of the duties set forth in the items of the preceding paragraph.
