The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may revoke the certification referred to in Article 77, paragraph (1) if the certified employer falls under one of the following items:
if the Minister finds that the employer no longer conforms to the standards provided for in Article 77, paragraph (1);
第七十七条第一項に規定する基準に適合しなくなつたと認めるとき。
if the employer violates an order that is based on this Act; or
この法律又はこの法律に基づく命令に違反したとき。
if the employer has received the certification referred to in Article 77, paragraph (1) by wrongful means.
不正の手段により第七十七条第一項の認定を受けたとき。
