An entity that is not a vocational center for persons with disabilities must not use the characters "障害者職業総合センター" (transliterated as "shougai-sha shokugyou sougou sentaa" and meaning "National Institute of Vocational Rehabilitation") or "障害者職業センター" (transliterated as "shougai-sha shokugyou sentaa" and meaning "vocational center for persons with disabilities") in its name.
障害者職業センターでないものは、その名称中に障害者職業総合センター又は障害者職業センターという文字を用いてはならない。
