The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare must consult the Minister of Finance in the following cases:
厚生労働大臣は、次の場合には、財務大臣に協議しなければならない。
when intending to make a designation under Article 2, paragraph (4) or Article 77, paragraph (1), items (i) through (iv);
第二条第四項又は第七十七条第一項第一号から第四号までの規定による指定をしようとするとき。
when intending to establish the Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 53 or Article 75, paragraph (2);
when intending to give authorization under Article 72, paragraph (2), Article 75-2, paragraph (1), (2) or (5), or Article 75-3;
第七十二条第二項、第七十五条の二第一項、第二項若しくは第五項又は第七十五条の三の規定による認可をしようとするとき。
when intending to give approval under Article 75, paragraph (1).
第七十五条第一項の規定による承認をしようとするとき。
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare intends to give authorization under Article 28, paragraph (1) of the General Rules Act with regard to the operations listed in Article 70, paragraph (2), item (i), the Minister must consult the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
厚生労働大臣は、第七十条第二項第一号に掲げる業務に関し、通則法第二十八条第一項の認可をしようとする場合には、国土交通大臣に協議しなければならない。
