都道府県は、市町村標準保険料率及び都道府県標準保険料率（以下この条において「標準保険料率」という。）を算定したときは、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、標準保険料率を当該都道府県内の市町村に通知するものとする。
In the case prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the prefecture is to endeavor to make the standard insurance premium rate public without delay, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
