Under the provisions of this Act, the government conducts, as the Program for Automobile Accident Countermeasures, the Program Guaranteeing Compensation for Automobile Accidents prescribed in paragraph (1) of the following Article and the Program for Promoting the Protection of Injured Parties, etc. prescribed in Article 77-2, paragraph (1).
政府は、この法律の規定により、自動車事故対策事業として、次条第一項に規定する自動車損害賠償保障事業及び第七十七条の二第一項に規定する被害者保護増進等事業を行う。
