Article 100-3-4Relationship to National Civil Service Act and Local Public Service Act
第百条の三の四（国家公務員法及び地方公務員法との関係）
For national public officers in regular service provided for in Article 2 of the National Public Service Act, employees' pension insurance is a part of the pension system provided for in Article 107 of the National Public Service Act; for local civil servants in regular government service provided for in Article 3 of the Local Public Service Act (Act No. 261 of 1950), employees' pension insurance is a part of the mutual aid system provided for in Article 43 of the Local Public Service Act.
厚生年金保険は、国家公務員法第二条に規定する一般職に属する国家公務員又は地方公務員法（昭和二十五年法律第二百六十一号）第三条に規定する一般職に属する地方公務員については、それぞれ国家公務員法第百七条に規定する年金制度又は地方公務員法第四十三条に規定する共済制度の一部とする。
