Pursuant to Cabinet Order, an implementing organization is to conduct a part of the administrative functions to be handled by another implementing organization, for the purpose of contributing to the enhanced convenience of insureds, beneficiaries, and other such persons.
Order of the competent ministry provides for the necessary particulars in connection with the liaison and coordination among implementing organizations in a case as referred to in the preceding paragraph.
