When permitting naturalization, the Minister of Justice must provide a public notice to that effect in the Official Gazette.
法務大臣は、帰化を許可したときは、官報にその旨を告示しなければならない。
Naturalization becomes effective as of the date of the public notice stated in the preceding paragraph.
帰化は、前項の告示の日から効力を生ずる。
