第七条（助産機関等に関する経過措置）
A midwife, massage and finger pressure practitioner and judo therapist who is, at the time this Act comes into effect, designated under Article 49 of the old Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 55 of the old Act is deemed to have been designated under Article 55, paragraph (1) of the Public Assistance Act as Amended in 2014 on the Effective Date.
この法律の施行の際現に旧法第五十五条において準用する旧法第四十九条の指定を受けている助産師、あん摩マッサージ指圧師及び柔道整復師は、施行日に、平成二十六年改正後生活保護法第五十五条第一項の指定を受けたものとみなす。
