Supplementary Provisions, Article 22Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Public Assistance Act
第二十二条（生活保護法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The procedures for the designation under Article 54-2, paragraph (1) of the Public Assistance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to as the "New Public Assistance Act") may be carried out even before the Effective Date.
前条の規定による改正後の生活保護法（以下「新生活保護法」という。）第五十四条の二第一項の指定の手続は、施行日前においても行うことができる。
