第二十三条
The provisions of paragraph (15) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Public Assistance Act apply to a public assistance recipient prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (1) of the New Public Assistance Act for whom long-term care assistance is provided by entrusting care, pursuant to the provisions of Article 34-2, paragraph (2) of the New Public Assistance Act, to a Community-Based Facility for the Elderly Covered by Public Aid Requiring Long-Term Care prescribed in Article 31, paragraph (4) of the New Public Assistance Act that has become one on or after the Effective Date.
新生活保護法附則第十五項の規定は、新生活保護法第三十一条第四項に規定する地域密着型介護老人福祉施設に施行日以後になったものに新生活保護法第三十四条の二第二項の規定により委託して介護扶助が行われている新生活保護法第六条第一項に規定する被保護者について、適用する。
