A person who divulges a secret in violation of the provisions of Article 27-3, paragraph (6), Article 55-7, paragraph (3) (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 55-8, paragraph (3) and Article 55-10, paragraph (2)) and Article 55-9, paragraph (4) shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 1,000,000 yen.
第二十七条の三第六項、第五十五条の七第三項（第五十五条の八第三項及び第五十五条の十第二項において準用する場合を含む。）及び第五十五条の九第四項の規定に違反して秘密を漏らした者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は百万円以下の罰金に処する。
