第二条（経過措置）
If the making or receiving of a payment for which permission was obtained under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act prior to its amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") (hereinafter referred to as the "making or receiving of a payment" in this Article) falls under those on which the obligation to obtain permission is imposed under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of Article 16, paragraphs (1) through (3) of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act after its amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act"), the making or receiving of a payment is, except for what is specified by Cabinet Order, deemed to have been permitted under the corresponding provisions of those orders.
この法律による改正前の外国為替及び外国貿易管理法（以下「旧法」という。）第十六条第一項又は第二項の規定に基づく命令の規定により許可を受けた支払又は支払の受領（以下この条において「支払等」という。）が、この法律による改正後の外国為替及び外国貿易法（以下「新法」という。）第十六条第一項から第三項までの規定に基づく命令の規定により許可を受ける義務を課されたものに該当する場合には、当該支払等は、政令で定めるものを除き、これらの命令の相当規定により許可を受けたものとみなす。
If the making or receiving of a payment pertaining to an application for permission under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Former Act, which has actually been filed as of the time this Act comes into effect, falls under those on which the obligation to obtain permission is imposed under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of Article 16, paragraphs (1) through (3) of the New Act, the provisions of the New Act apply to that application, deeming it to be an application for permission filed under the corresponding provisions of those orders.
この法律の施行の際現にされている旧法第十六条第一項又は第二項の規定に基づく命令の規定による許可の申請に係る支払等が、新法第十六条第一項から第三項までの規定に基づく命令の規定により許可を受ける義務を課されたものに該当する場合には、当該申請については、これをこれらの命令の相当規定によりされた許可の申請とみなして、新法の規定を適用する。
