Supplementary Provisions, Article 5
第五条
An application for approval under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of Article 48, paragraph (1) of the Former Act that has been filed at the time this Act comes into effect and relates to an export of goods that requires permission under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of Article 48, paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) of the New Act or approval under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article, is deemed to be an application for permission under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) of that Article, or for approval under the provisions of an order based on the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article, respectively.
この法律の施行の際現にされている旧法第四十八条第一項の規定に基づく命令の規定による承認の申請であつて、新法第四十八条第一項若しくは同条第二項の規定に基づく命令の規定による許可又は同条第三項の規定に基づく命令の規定による承認を要する貨物の輸出に係るものは、それぞれ、同条第一項若しくは同条第二項の規定に基づく命令の規定による許可又は同条第三項の規定に基づく命令の規定による承認の申請とみなす。
