Supplementary Provisions, Article 4
第四条
An application for permission under the provisions of Article 25 of the Former Act that has been filed at the time this Act comes into effect and relates to a transaction that requires permission under Article 25, paragraph (1) of the New Act, under an order based on the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article, or under the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article, is deemed to be an application for permission under paragraph (1) of that Article, under an order based on the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article, or under the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article, respectively.
この法律の施行の際現にされている旧法第二十五条の規定による許可の申請であつて、新法第二十五条第一項、同条第二項の規定に基づく命令又は同条第三項の規定による許可を要する取引に係るものは、それぞれ、同条第一項、同条第二項の規定に基づく命令又は同条第三項の規定による許可の申請とみなす。
