Article 17-3Application, Mutatis Mutandis, of the Relevant Provisions to Funds Transfer Service Providers
第十七条の三（資金移動業者への準用）
The provisions of the preceding two Articles apply mutatis mutandis if a funds transfer service provider carries out a funds transfer transaction involving a payment that is made or received by its customer.
