第十三条の十一（特別代理人の選任等に関する事件の管轄）
The following cases are subject to the jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the principal office of the labor union that is a corporation:
次に掲げる事件は、法人である労働組合の主たる事務所の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所の管轄に属する。
cases concerning the appointment of a special agent; and
特別代理人の選任に関する事件
cases concerning liquidators of a labor union that is a corporation.
