Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one month from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Review
第二条（検討）
The government is, with a target of five years after this Act comes into effect, to review how the grounds for disqualification relating to persons with disabilities under the respective Acts as amended by this Act should be, taking into account the status of enforcement of the provisions on those grounds for disqualification, and take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律における障害者に係る欠格事由の在り方について、当該欠格事由に関する規定の施行の状況を勘案して検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning New Licenses
第三条（再免許に係る経過措置）
If the ground of revocation for a person whose license was revoked on a ground of revocation of license provided for in the respective Acts before amendment by this Act corresponds to a ground of revocation for which a new license may be granted under the respective Acts as amended by this Act (referred to as a "ground of revocation for which a new license may be granted" in this Article), the person is deemed to be a person whose license was revoked on a ground of revocation for which a new license may be granted, and the provisions on new licenses in the respective Acts as amended by this Act apply.
この法律による改正前のそれぞれの法律に規定する免許の取消事由により免許を取り消された者に係る当該取消事由がこの法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律により再免許を与えることができる取消事由（以下この条において「再免許が与えられる免許の取消事由」という。）に相当するものであるときは、その者を再免許が与えられる免許の取消事由により免許が取り消された者とみなして、この法律による改正後のそれぞれの法律の再免許に関する規定を適用する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第四条（罰則に係る経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
