附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect (or, for the provisions set forth in paragraph (1), items (iv) and (v) of the Supplementary Provisions, before those respective provisions come into effect), to acts committed after this Act comes into effect pertaining to notifications for which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions, and to acts committed after this Act comes into effect pertaining to the playing card tax for which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of item (ii) of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律（附則第一項第四号及び第五号に掲げる規定については、当該各規定）の施行前にした行為並びに附則第三項第一号の規定により従前の例によることとされる届出に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為及び同項第二号の規定により従前の例によることとされるトランプ類税に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
