A person falling under any of the following items is liable to a fine of five hundred thousand yen or less:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who has violated the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (3), Article 18, Article 20, Article 21, Article 22, paragraph (1) or Article 24;
a person who has failed to receive reeducation training in violation of an order pursuant to the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1); or
a person who has failed to make a statement or report, who has made a false statement or report, who has failed to submit objects, or who has refused, obstructed, or evaded inspections, pursuant to the provisions of Article 7-3, paragraph (1).
