A person intending to drill land for the purpose of making a hot spring gush out must apply to the prefectural governor and obtain the permission pursuant to the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of the Environment.
温泉をゆう出させる目的で土地を掘削しようとする者は、環境省令で定めるところにより、都道府県知事に申請してその許可を受けなければならない。
A person seeking the permission referred to in the preceding paragraph must be entitled to use the land necessary for drilling.
前項の許可を受けようとする者は、掘削に必要な土地を掘削のために使用する権利を有する者でなければならない。
