When a registered analytical facility falls under any of the following items, the prefectural governor may revoke its registration:
都道府県知事は、登録分析機関が次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その登録を取り消すことができる。
when there has been a violation of the provisions of Article 19, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 20, Article 21, paragraph (1), the preceding Article, the following Article, and Article 27, and the provisions of an order based on these provisions;
when it no longer conforms to the requirements referred to in the items of Article 19, paragraph (3);
第十九条第三項各号に掲げる要件に適合しなくなつたとき。
when it has come to fall under either Article 19, paragraph (4), item (i) or item (iii); or
第十九条第四項第一号又は第三号のいずれかに該当するに至つたとき。
when it has been registered as referred to in Article 19, paragraph (1) by wrongful means.
不正の手段により第十九条第一項の登録を受けたとき。
