第六条（準備行為）
A person who intends to obtain a license under Article 5, paragraph (1) or Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Act on Regulation of Cannabis Cultivation as Amended by Article 1 may apply for that license to the prefectural governor or the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, even before the Effective Date, in accordance with those provisions.
第一条改正後大麻法第五条第一項又は第十三条第一項の免許を受けようとする者は、施行日前においても、これらの規定の例により、都道府県知事又は厚生労働大臣に対し、これらの免許を申請することができる。
