The type 1 Cannabis plant harvesting cultivator register is to be kept in the prefectures and the information concerning licenses registered in it.

The information to be registered pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is provided for by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
