The provisions of Article 73-2 apply mutatis mutandis to the case in which a person seeks to take the surname they were using at the time of the annulment of their adoption pursuant to the provisions of Article 816, paragraph (2) of the Civil Code as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 808, paragraph (2) of the relevant Code.
