The provisions of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the case in which a notification for the registration of an unregistered person is required to be made based on a final and binding judgment. In this case, the written notification must be accompanied by a transcript of the judgment.
前条の規定は、確定判決によつて就籍の届出をすべき場合にこれを準用する。この場合には、判決の謄本を届書に添附しなければならない。
