The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare must evaluate JHIA's operational performance in each business year.
厚生労働大臣は、協会の事業年度ごとの業績について、評価を行わなければならない。
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare conducts the evaluation referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Minister must give notice of the results to JHIA and provide public notice thereof without delay.
