An officer of JHIA who falls under any of the following items is subject to a civil fine of not more than 200,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その違反行為をした協会の役員は、二十万円以下の過料に処する。
the person fails to make a registration in violation of Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 7-7, paragraph (1);
第七条の七第一項の規定による政令に違反して登記することを怠ったとき。
the person fails to receive authorization when authorization must be obtained from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to the provisions of Article 7-27, Article 7-31, paragraphs (1) or (2), or Article 7-34;
第七条の二十七、第七条の三十一第一項若しくは第二項又は第七条の三十四の規定により厚生労働大臣の認可を受けなければならない場合において、その認可を受けなかったとき。
the person fails to obtain approval when approval must be obtained from the Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare pursuant to the provisions of Article 7-28, paragraph (2);
第七条の二十八第二項の規定により厚生労働大臣の承認を受けなければならない場合において、その承認を受けなかったとき。
the person fails to maintain the financial statements and business reports or written statements by the auditor or accounting auditor, or to provide public access to them in violation of the provisions of Article 7-28, paragraph (4);
第七条の二十八第四項の規定に違反して財務諸表、事業報告書等若しくは監事及び会計監査人の意見を記載した書面を備え置かず、又は閲覧に供しなかったとき。
the person invests surplus funds that accrue in the course of JHIA's operations, in violation of the provisions of Article 7-33;
the person fails to give a notification pursuant to the provisions of Article 7-35, paragraph (2) or Article 7-36, paragraph (2), or gives false notification;
第七条の三十五第二項又は第七条の三十六第二項の規定による届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をしたとき。
the person fails to make an announcement pursuant to the provisions of Article 7-35, paragraph (2) or Article 7-36, paragraph (2) or makes a false announcement; or
第七条の三十五第二項又は第七条の三十六第二項の規定による公表をせず、又は虚偽の公表をしたとき。
