In the case where any of the following items applies, the person who committed the violation is subject to imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen, or both:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その違反行為をした者は、一年以下の拘禁刑若しくは五十万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
where a person, in violation of the provisions of Article 150-6, makes known to another person without good reason, or uses for an unjust purpose, the content of anonymized medical care-related information that the person came to know in connection with the use of anonymized medical care-related information; or
where a person violates an order pursuant to the provisions of Article 150-8.
