A person who divulges a secret in violation of the provisions of Article 7-37, paragraph (1) (including when applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of the same Article and Article 22-2) is subject to imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 1,000,000 yen.
