Article 199-2Coordination between the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare and Association
第百九十九条の二（厚生労働大臣と協会の連携）
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare and JHIA are to endeavor to ensure mutual close cooperation including the exchange of necessary information to enable the health insurance services administered by JHIA based on this Act to be provided appropriately and smoothly.
厚生労働大臣及び協会は、この法律に基づく協会が管掌する健康保険の事業が、適正かつ円滑に行われるよう、必要な情報交換を行う等、相互の緊密な連携の確保に努めるものとする。
