①When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare finds it necessary in relation to an insured person's eligibility, standard remuneration, insurance premiums, or insurance benefits, the Minister may order the employer to submit or present documents or other objects, or have the ministry's official enter the business site to ask the persons concerned questions or to inspect record books, documents, and other objects.

②The provisions of Article 7-38, paragraph (2) apply mutatis mutandis to questions or inspections pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and the provisions of paragraph (3) of the same Article apply mutatis mutandis to the authority pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
