When a dependent of an insured person submits the dependent's qualified recipient card to a hospital, clinic, or pharmacy that the dependent selected from those listed in Article 63, paragraph (3), item (i) or (ii) and receives evaluation treatment, patient-requested treatment, or selective treatment from that hospital, clinic, or pharmacy, dependent's medical expenses are paid to the specially-insured day laborer for the expenses required for the treatment.
日雇特例被保険者の被扶養者が受給資格者票を第六十三条第三項第一号又は第二号に掲げる病院若しくは診療所又は薬局のうち自己の選定するものに提出して、そのものから療養を受けたときは、日雇特例被保険者に対し、その療養に要した費用について、家族療養費を支給する。
The provisions of Article 129, paragraphs (2), (4) and (5) as well as Article 132 apply mutatis mutandis to the payment of dependent's medical expenses.
The provisions of Article 87, paragraphs (2) and (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the calculation of the amount of medical expenses paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 132, paragraph (1) or (2) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the preceding paragraph.
