Article 106Payment of Lump-sum Allowance for Childbirth and Childcare after Loss of Eligibility
第百六条（資格喪失後の出産育児一時金の給付）
A person who was an insured person for one year or more and gives birth within six months after the date of loss of the eligibility as an insured person may be paid the lump-sum allowance for childbirth and childcare that should have been received as an insured person from the person's last insurer.
一年以上被保険者であった者が被保険者の資格を喪失した日後六月以内に出産したときは、被保険者として受けることができるはずであった出産育児一時金の支給を最後の保険者から受けることができる。
