Any person that falls under any of the following items is subject to imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 1,000,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は百万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person that has violated the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (1) or Article 15;
a person that has provided worker dispatching services without obtaining the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1);
a person that has obtained the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) or renewed the validity period of a license under the provisions of Article 10 paragraph (2), through deception or any other wrongful act; or
a person that has violated a disposition under the provisions of Article 14, paragraph (2).
