The following persons must pay the fees specified by Cabinet Order by taking into consideration the actual cost involved:
次に掲げる者は、実費を勘案して政令で定める額の手数料を納付しなければならない。
a person seeking to obtain the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1);
第五条第一項の許可を受けようとする者
a person seeking to obtain a reissuance of a license certificate under the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (3);
第八条第三項の規定による許可証の再交付を受けようとする者
a person seeking to renew the validity period of a license under the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (2); and
第十条第二項の規定による許可の有効期間の更新を受けようとする者
a person seeking to have the person's license certificate updated under the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (4).
第十一条第四項の規定による許可証の書換えを受けようとする者
