Article 28Obligation of Confidentiality

第二十八条（秘密保持義務）

Persons who engage in or have engaged in council administrative affairs must not divulge any secrets learned in the course of carrying out the administrative affairs of the council without legitimate grounds.

協議会の事務に従事する者又は協議会の事務に従事していた者は、正当な理由なく、協議会の事務に関して知り得た秘密を漏らしてはならない。

協議会（きょうぎかい）
A council that the national and local government bodies doing work to promote women's active engagement in professional life (女性の職業生活における活躍) in a local government's area may set up under Article 27, made up of those bodies and the members added under paragraphs (2) and (3) of that Article, so that initiatives in that area are carried out effectively and smoothly using information such as examples of the measures taken under Article 22.
